In the highly unlikely event that a code supplied by AnyPhoneUnlock fails to unlock your phone we will request a confirmation that the information provided at the time of purchase was completely correct - usually the problem is where the IMEI is entered incorrectly.

If the information provided by you is correct, AnyPhoneUnlock reserves the right to request further evidence that the phone in question is still locked, this may include: Photographic/Video evidence of the phone in question, with images of the IMEI number located under the battery, the IMEI number on the screen of the phone and the customer inserting an alternative SIM card and the subsequent message on screen when the phone is switched on.

In some cases the customer may be asked to supply AnyPhoneUnlock with the actual handset in question for verification purposes. This is highly unlikely but may be the only way we can check the phone is not unlocked.

Order cancellations will only be considered if the order has not yet been processed, once processed we are unable to cancel any orders.

Unlock codes that are supplied by The Phone Unlockers are not eligible for a refund should the handset be barred or blacklisted.
